How I Stopped Letting Other People's Judgment Run My Life

Years ago, I was so sensitive that one judgment could end a friendship, and if someone said something I did not like, I would turn away from that person and never want to see them again.

Over time I stopped seeing people at all, because I could not carry the weight of being judged, and I started to believe the world was cold and that people were simply nasty.

What I could not see back then is that the real problem was never the judgment itself, it was something hidden underneath it, and the day I finally understood what it was, everything changed.
